Vibrant Blue Silk Organza Shibori Bubble Wrap

This one of a kind Vibrant Blue Bubble Wrap will keep heads turning. As I made this Silk Organza Wearable Art piece, I thought of relaxing, sunshine-filled days on the Gulf of Mexico, all of the vivid blues and greens of the sea.

This Vibrant Blue Silk Organza Bubble wrap was hand-dyed using shibori Japanese fabric dyeing techniques and 3-D fabric manipulations. This shawl is 70" wide by 40" long, allowing for some creative and fearless ensembles such as wearing is as a sarong over a bright green skirt, or pinning it in the front with a well-loved broach.

There is special care required for this item, Nothing you can't handle! Don't iron it, or immerse it in water, or wear it in a rainstorm, Dry Clean Only. Not a big deal for an art-to-wear one of a kind piece!
