YEAH! This shibori scarf was chosen by ELLE Accessories to be in a photo shoot for the Spring/Summer edition of the magazine! Makes me feel really good.

This scarf is the result of a magical moment for me! I have been practicing shibori Japanese dyeing methods for 6-7 years. I decided to use some contemporary twists in my fabric preparation and this is what happened. Lovely.

This brown/black silk scarf has a skeletal design made by the pieces of wood and the folding techniques I used to prepare the silk with for the dye coloring. It has a delicate curve to the design that reminds me of the skeleton of bird wings. So Cool!

This one of a kind silk scarf can be worn around the neck, the waist, or as a turban. There are so many ways, try them all.
